Lule Elezi gives solo concert at the King’s Music College in Stockholm

Prishtina, 1 November 2011 – At the initiative of Lulzim Peci, Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo in the Kingdom of Sweden, the pianist Lule Elezi, who is an Associate Professor at the University of Prishtina, gave a solo concert on 27 October 2011 at the King’s Music College in Stockholm. Besides the solo concert, Professor Elezi held a piano master class with distinguished students from the college over a number of days.

The concert and master class given by Professor Lule Elezi in Stockholm marks the start of successful cooperation between music teachers at the University of Prishtina and the King’s Music College in Stockholm.

In the concert, Professor Elezi impressed teachers, students and representatives of Sweden’s government and diplomatic representatives of countries in the region who attended the event. His performance was described as excellent by professors at the King’s Music College in Stockholm, and one of the most successful concerts held in this institution for a long time.

Teachers at the King’s Music College in Stockholm also expressed great appreciation for the master class given by Professor Lule Elezi for piano students, and said they were ready to intensify the cooperation that has just begun and to make it concrete next year.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo in Sweden and the King’s Music College in Stockholm organized a reception to mark the occasion.
